This "well-kept" Tucson "favorite" "near the University of Arizona" has an "excellent location" abutting two of the state's "finest public golf courses"; fans favor "inviting, clean" communal areas and "beautiful grounds" featuring "ripe orange and grapefruit trees", but "disappointed" doubters declare sections resemble a "moderate motel" and decry staffers who "don't always treat you well."

Convenient location, parking was available.

We were here for just a night and did not use any of the facilities available except the coffee service in the room. Left early to resume our trip.

Silly, but toilet seat did not fit the toilet. Wiggled when you sat on it.

Loved the staff. Nice, clean hotel. Tasty cookies generously distributed, very accommodating. All gym equipment in good repair and working order. Gym very clean. Nice big towels at pool. Good Sunday brunch. ...read more

Room was very comfortable and everything seemed new.
Exterior of the hotel was not visually pleasing.

At a first glance from the outside, this hotel can really use a renovation, just like most hotels in Tucson. The area outside the rooms reminded me of high schools built in the 80's. However, we were impressed with the interior of the room, which quickly compensated for the exterior. ...read more
